Refund policy

We hope you love all your purchases from Shop Bleu & Co, but we understand that things do happen and you may need to make a return. We offer returns for store credit as long as items are sent back within 14 days of initial purchase. We do not issue refunds.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unworn, tags attached, free of makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, animal hair, etc.. If any of these conditions are present, your return will not be accecpted.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit once we receive your item. If you send back a late return, there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. 

Any sale items are not eligible for return.
